Essential Job Duties
Successfully implement BambooHR’s BenAdmin Add-on for new or existing customers, this will include partnering and collaborating with HRIS and Payroll Project Managers with new customers that have BenAdmin.You will:
Subject Matter Expert for Benefits Administration
Partnering with project managers to provide benefits administration at the right time in the onboarding process
Maintain an understanding of coming changes to ben admin functionality
Coordinate successful handoffs with Payroll Onboarding
Hold trainings with new benefits administration users
Collaborate with customer’s benefits administrators and brokers for a smooth benefits administration onboarding experience
100% data importing accuracy
Partner with project managers to ensure a successful handoff to the benefits administration implementation
Assist in gathering and preparing information for carrier connections
Take ownership of escalations and resolutions
What You Need to Get the Job Done
Nine months in a technical BambooHR or similar client-facing role
Experience in customer onboarding
Proven project management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Physical requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
