Responsibilities

We are looking for a BPO Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Focus on bringing new business and managing existing accounts for the BPOs/ Contact Centers industry 

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close

  • Meet and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting

  • Understand the product inside out, be technically sound

  • Understand customer needs and requirement

  • Be a company builder

  • Share best practices back into the organization

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 7+ years of sales experience in a full cycle, closing role, preferably in SaaS/ Cloud software sales 

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the BPO Industry, having managed BPO customers

  • Experience in establishing, owning and managing long-term relationships with enterprise/ BPO customers 

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

  • Proven track record of building a healthy pipeline based on consistent sales activity

  • An enthusiastic person who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • A collaborative team player who builds and leverages internal relationships and doesn’t mind reaching out and working together with other teams to ensure successful outcomes
