We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team to support Japanese content and customer initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience developing content and strategies for sales, growth and product marketing, while exhibiting editorial craftsmanship. You have an almost-perfectionist attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a dedication to infusing B2B marketing with a more relatable, creative, and human touch.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and create content (customer case studies, emails, ebooks, videos) to drive clear results across a variety of channels

  • Interview customers and partners with a focus on understanding their specific challenges, the solution, and helping them configure data-driven ROI, and creating relevant content

  • Localization of existing English content for the Japanese Market

  • Create and manage an editorial calendar for our Japanese blog to ensure constant volume of content

  • Oversee social media efforts in Japan - researching and growing relevant channel to amplify our content for an APJ audience

  • Support development of sales enablement material for the Japan team whenever required

Requirements 

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years experience developing and localizing high-quality content in the form of website landing pages, bylined articles, social media writing, sales enablement materials, ebooks, case studies

  • Experience working cross-functionally, especially across marketing disciplines, sales, design, and engineering

  • Strategic, metrics-driven mindset and a passion for the art and science of content marketing

  • Demonstrated record of successfully shipping high-quality projects with independence and confidence

  • Experience with content management platform, Marketo preferred

  • Experience working in B2B setting is a plus

  • Familiarity with Adobe suite would be an advantage

  • Portfolio of Japanese writing samples required

Skills

  • Native English speaker with business proficiency in Japanese

  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Familiarity with Adobe suite would be an advantage
