Responsibilities

We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead a team: attract and retain top talent, create or modify processes and build the culture of data-driven marketing

  • Own Workato’s paid acquisition channels globally: LinkedIn, Search/SEM, Content Syndication, Facebook/Instagram, Youtube, Display and more - with the northstar of sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue

  • Drive strategy based on data. Be in the front-line of our GTM expansion by piloting new market strategies and informing the leadership to prioritize which campaigns to scale, hold or fold

  • Artfully work cross-functionally with sales, brand, design, product marketing and web to test and iterate quickly while coming up with new messaging and solutions to pilot in the market

  • Relentlessly experiment different targeting, messaging, ad images and copy to strike the balance between scale and cost efficiency

  • Initiate or influence tech purchase or renewal decisions 

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS Marketing with management experience

  • MUST have owned LinkedIn Ads channel for a B2B SaaS company 

  • MUST be able to show quantitative track record of innovation and scale, quarter-over-quarter

  • Strategic mind who can dissect and organize analytically 

  • Diligent thinker who gets things done without overlooking important details

  • Understanding of behavioral psychology

Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have's):

  • Experience in Product Marketing to some technical degree

  • Experience with Facebook/Instagram, Youtube, Display (Adroll, Google, Terminus) Ads and Metadata.io

  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo

  • E-mail marketing or copywriting experience 

  • CRO/LPO experience
