We are looking for an exceptional Events & Field Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in managing and executing global sponsored trade shows, field events and plan for Workato’s annual conference for Business Systems Professionals. You will play an integral role in curating memorable, attention grabbing events through creative marketing tactics, identify opportunities and driving demand for pipeline growth. You will also be exposed to end-to-end events management and collaborate across different teams.

  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to organize and coordinate sponsored industry trade shows, field events and Workato-driven conference.

  • Manage and track event calendar, budgets, expenses, KPI’s and ROI

  • Maintain client, sponsor relationships and manage communication

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure event messaging, demos, deliverables are executed according to strategy.

  • Project manage multiple events simultaneously for pre, during and post event task.

  • Curate creative and effective messaging for event invitation, landing pages and marketing collaterals that drive registrants and attendees.


Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 1 - 3 years of proven track record in managing and executing events in high tech fast-paced environment - B2B Marketing experience is highly desirable

  • Familiar with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably Marketo and Salesforce


  • Able to work independently with exceptional level of attention to details 

  • Ability to handle high-stress situation with a “make it happen” attitude

  • Team-oriented, high energy, excellent interpersonal skill and strong cross collaborator
