We are looking for an exceptional Employer Branding Content Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will operate across Branding, Recruitment and e-Marketing functions to support rapid growth, and to develop our employer brand into a state-of-the-art attraction. You are a brand ambassador and represent Workato as the Employer of Choice.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and establish the company's social media presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and blogging websites.

  • Setting up and managing an online marketing program to promote career opportunities.

  • Develop a strong brand positioning for career site, recruitment agencies and job portals.

  • Build a repeating program where a pool of employees is encouraged to leave public comments, and repeat the process on monthly or quarterly intervals.

  • Create, publish and share engaging and inspirational content that connects meaningfully with future employees, empowers our employees and attracts the right talent pool

  • Work closely with the VP of Human Resource / VP of Marketing to set, monitor and review social media standards and ensure that marketing and recruiting goals are aligned. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all employees are kept informed of business and marketing objectives

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies

  • Boost awareness and standing of the organisation

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, marketing, advertising or related fields is required

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource, Marketing and/or social media promotion

Skills

  • Strong understanding of branding to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires

  • Excellent written and oral English language skills

  • Recruiting and marketing expertise, and extensive knowledge of social media

  • Solid knowledge of the employer branding theory, and the most efficient modern practices

  • Excellent understanding of recruitment marketing and talent acquisition tactics

  • Have an enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams

  • Be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment

  • Must possess the ability to work well with stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking skills

  • Personal effectiveness/credibility

  • Basic understanding of the Integration / Automation domain
