Culture is our key and Empathy is how we build it. VaynerMediaAPAC is strong with a world-class combination of diverse backgrounds collaborating to put forward innovative, creative and strategic solutions to the one advantage that stands the test of time --- PEOPLE. Day in and day out, we propel some of the biggest brands in the world to the intersection of attention and culture. In APAC, we are proudly +150, servicing a diverse client all around the region.

Who are you?

We’re looking for someone with a strong Apple background. In this role, your primary responsibility will be the setup and support of Mac hardware for the Singapore office. Previous experience as a Mac Genius, substantial experience in an all-Mac company, or knowledge of Apple’s repair strategy, is a requirement of the role. Some experience in dealing with Windows software is also necessary.

You should also be familiar with supporting software such as G Suite for Business, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Creative Cloud, some of our core platforms. Ideally you have some experience as an administrator of these platforms, but at minimum you should feel confident supporting these applications and helping our users work through technical issues. We are also looking for someone with experience supporting a large remote workforce. As we navigate the challenges of teams working remotely, you should feel as comfortable working with someone in New York or London as you would in person in your local office.

When it comes to helping your fellow employees, you are warm, friendly, and bring empathy to every interaction. You’re also resourceful. Patient. You’re as cool as the other side of the pillow, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can adapt to change at a moment’s notice, and you know how to communicate effectively with everyone around you.

This role requires the right mix of technical skills, customer service, heart and hustle: are you up for the challenge?

What you should know about VaynerMedia

Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!

Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.
