We are looking for our next rockstar to join the recruiting team to focus on our Media Department. As we grow our organization, we need to find A+ recruiters to identify the next A+ talent.  The ideal candidate will be ready to arm our team with the necessary insights needed to drive smart decision-making, grow our funnel, and handle the volume of applicants as efficiently as possible.  We have an opportunity available for someone to fully take the reins on media-specific recruiting and blow our recruiting efforts across the entire United States, own relationships with top-tier academic institutions, and be given the runway to formulate best-in-class recruiting pipeline and structure.

 Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain reports on all leads to share with department leads
  • Create and manage job postings, seek out new job boards, manage LinkedIn postings, and other projects as assigned
  • Design reports for VP and C-Suite level leadership on the state of hiring that offer clean data across all points in the talent funnel
  • Bring insights to the media leadership team with ideas of how to innovate and improve processes
  • Work with our Greenhouse reps to create customizations and set up actionable reports
  • Provide data points and insights on hiring workstream to consistently improve the process and quality of the hiring funnel
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to hire, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Research and manage communications with college networks and career fairs, and find the opportunities for VM to be represented
  • Adapt to shifting priorities quickly and seamlessly
  • Represent VM values and culture, both within the agency and externally at career fairs and networking events

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience at either a brand or a recruiting agency, with Paid Media experience a bonus
  • Experience and comfort working with and managing an ATS - Greenhouse required
  • Experience managing a high volume of candidates
  • Experience working with College Career offices a plus
  • Ability to learn new skills/processes/specialties quickly - things move fast around here!
