The Demand Generation Manager position will serve a critical role within our regional organization. You will be responsible for driving demand for the business using your wealth of experience in performance marketing. You will utilize paid and organic channels to make sure we are able to drive new business and to continue the relationship with our current customers.
The ability to measure the impact of the activities and make data-driven decisions is a key aspect of this role as well. From creating management-level reports to the daily dashboards you will use to run the business, the metrics will be an important part of your responsibilities.
You will work with marketing operations segment managers and our sales team to develop successful DemandGen strategies that help fuel our nurture streams and funnel. You will partner with the content team to create an ad editorial/campaign calendar that is defined by the funnel.
General requirements:
- 5+ years of Demand Generation experience, with a strong record of success in driving revenue growth and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the end-to-end lead process, from lead scoring to campaign management to measuring full funnel activity
- Experience in successful campaign planning, execution, and measurement
- Able to craft end-to-end product campaigns, evergreen content, and seasonal promotional content
- Hands on experience with marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred) to create nurture programs, segmented lists, and campaign assets
- Background in hardware marketing experience (preferred)
- Proficiency using a CRM, SalesForce (preferred)
- Expertise in paid lead acquisition and paid advertising on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Experience with SEM/SEO strategy and execution
- Strong analytical skill set - excited to dive into the data to optimize campaigns and drive performance
- Strong and comprehensive understanding of digital marketing
