We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our 3D printer repair team at the UltiMaker Repair Center in Mechanicsburg. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required. You’ll assist our repair technicians with a variety of tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in 3D printer repair and maintenance, as well as supporting inventory management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist with Printer Repairs: Support the lead technician with minor repairs and diagnostics.
  • Packing & Handling: Safely move and lift 3D printers (up to 50 lbs) and prepare them for shipping.
  • Inventory Support: Assist with managing inventory, ensuring parts are properly received, cataloged, and stocked. Help organize inventory and assist in keeping track of supplies.
  • Shop Support: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are accessible.
  • Learning & Growing: Get hands-on experience with 3D printers and repair processes while improving your technical skills.

Qualifications:

  • No experience required, but a willingness to learn is key.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
  • Basic attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong communication skills and a good attitude toward teamwork.
