🎯 Your Mission
Optimize and manage Ultimaker's digital storefront, ensuring our website delivers an outstanding user experience, drives traffic, and supports our global marketing objectives. You'll be the technical maestro behind our online strategy, transforming website performance and user interaction.
💪 Your Responsibilities
Website Performance & Management
- Own and manage our WordPress-based website receiving over 5M monthly visitors
- Implement continuous improvements and innovative features
- Conduct strategic A/B testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates
Technical Optimization
- Execute website updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting
- Monitor and improve technical SEO performance
- Ensure website responsiveness and performance across all devices
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align digital strategies
- Provide training and support for website management
- Translate technical insights into actionable marketing initiatives
👤 Your Profile
Experience
- 2-3 years managing CMS websites, preferably WordPress
- Proven track record of website performance optimization
- Marketing or digital experience preferred
Skills & Expertise
- Advanced HTML and CSS capabilities
- Proficient in website analytics and technical SEO
- Strong A/B testing and optimization skills
- Excellent cross-functional communication
Technical Competencies
- WordPress administration
