🎯 Your Mission
Lead and transform our channel sales strategy in the EMEA region, developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market approaches that position Ultimaker as the leading 3D printing solution provider.
💪 Your Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Development
- Introduce, structure, and systemize sales processes to maximize team effectiveness
- Maintain and enhance the effectiveness of Ultimaker's channel partner network
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in close collaboration with EMEA leadership
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region
Team Leadership
- Lead and coach a team of 5 Channel Sales Managers
- Drive performance and professional development
- Ensure smooth operational flow and implementation of global best practices
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally to refine business opportunities
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- Maintain accurate sales funnel data and metrics
👤 Your Profile
Experience
- 8+ years in Sales and Business Development
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams
- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects
Skills & Expertise
- Deep knowledge of sales automation and CRM systems
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in English (additional European languages a plus)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics AX)
