About the role:

As a Business Developer / Direct Sales professional at UltiMaker, you'll be at the forefront of introducing our advanced 3D printing solutions to key players across various industries. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth across multiple sectors.

 

What you'll do:

 

- Develop new business opportunities in collaboration with industry partners, and translate these into revenue streams 

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries

- Execute targeted sales strategies for diverse industries in the EMEA region

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase UltiMaker's 3D printing capabilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients in different sectors

- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

- Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies

- Represent UltiMaker at various industry trade shows and events

- Meet and exceed annual sales targets

 

What you bring:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B direct sales, with a track record of success across multiple industries

- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets

- Strong understanding of various industries and their technological needs

- Excellent networking skills and ability to build relationships across different sectors

- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel extensively within the EMEA region

- Fluency in English and at least one other European language

 

Pluses:

- Experience with 3D printing or additive manufacturing technologies

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes in various industries

- MBA or relevant advanced degree
