About the Role
As our Buyer, you'll play a key role in our Supply Chain & Manufacturing department, supporting the procurement process and collaborating closely with Assembly and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities include assisting with supplier selection, managing contracts, and optimizing our supply chain processes. 💼
Your Daily Adventure
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and materials.
- Support bidding processes and help control costs effectively.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in addressing delivery issues promptly and efficiently.
- Support in proposing and implementing process improvements.
- Work closely with the Manager Procurement to assist in making strategic supplier decisions.
Your Superpowers:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field (internship experience included).
- Basic proficiency in ERP systems.
- Strong interest in financial acumen and budget management.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in working in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Dutch (preferably) and English.
- Confident, reliable, and eager to learn.
