- Receive, accurately code, and book incoming invoices into the AP system (Tipalti / Medius flow), harmonizing with supporting documentation.
- Conduct the perfect vendor registration in the finance and AP system, ensuring every detail sings in harmony.
- Be the virtuoso in responding to vendor inquiries, orchestrating swift and melodious resolutions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure invoices are posted accurately and timed perfectly for monthly reporting crescendos.
- Conduct a flawless invoice approval flow, ensuring each note receives the proper approval flow from local management.
- Tune into VAT application and assist in the preparation of the VAT return, ensuring every note complies with regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, conducting symphonic implementations where possible.
Your Instrument: Skills and Qualifications
You bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, with proven knowledge of Accounts Payable processes at MBO level. Additionally:
- You possess knowledge of the basics of financial accounting, playing the fundamentals with precision.

- You can prioritize and keep appointments in a dynamic environment, maintaining rhythm amidst chaos.
