We are seeking a talented and motivated Internal Communications Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Employee Experience Manager to support the creation and distribution of internal communications to various stakeholders within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications student or recent graduate looking to gain experience in a corporate environment.
Your responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of internal communication plans and campaigns.
- Draft and edit various internal communications, including email newsletters, company announcements, and other written communications.
- Assist with the management and creation of content for the company's intranet site.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and curate content for internal comms.
- Provide support for various internal events and initiatives, such as All Hands and leadership development programs.
- Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement related to internal comms efforts.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a Communications, Public Relations, or related degree program.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with basic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
