Key Responsibilities:

This unique hybrid role brings the best of both worlds together from an operational and account management perspective. As a founding member of the Commercial Expansion + Strategy team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales lead with premium external facing management, as well as helping with the daily operational functions of our reseller ecosystem. You will have the ability to scale our current partnerships globally, and will bring excellent project management and customer service skills to the table. 


​As a part of the Commercial Expansion + Strategy team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing all aspects of campaigns across pre & post sale cycles to drive revenue growth and department goals.

  • Lead recurring calls with reseller leads in both EMEA and LATAM to track pacing, GTM needs, answer questions, address challenges, identify trends to enhance strategy, etc.

  • Conduct regional business reviews with reseller partners, including creating QBR wrap reports, as well as sending executive summaries "pulse-checks" to key stakeholders to keep internal/external teams updated on progress, revenue pacing, new opportunities, challenges, resources needed, etc. 

  • Serve as the operational lead for Tripadvisor Media Manager (TMM) to ensure campaign success (quick check on newly loaded campaigns, monitor performance, ensure ad policy compliance, etc)

  • Strategic partner to key internal stakeholders (Sales, Sales Operations,  Marketing, Systems, etc.) and Reseller Partners by translating advertiser’s business challenges & objectives to Tripadvisor’s digital advertising products.

  • Collaborates with sales to drive results for their clients and delivered revenue growth through ideating around new/innovative opportunities for new business leveraging product expertise & sales forward thinking to upselling/renewing existing campaigns and partnerships 

  • Leads all post-launch communication including but not limited to aligning on KPIs/measures of success, troubleshooting tag or creative issues, delivery/analysis of campaign reporting, and gaining approval on optimizations to ensure full delivery and campaign success 

  • Facilitate the feedback loop between our main reseller partners for challenges, roadblocks, or areas of improvement to internal stakeholders 

  • Synthesize feedback, needs, and questions from Reseller into strategic recommendations on how to action feedback with the goal of driving operational efficiency and driving revenue 



  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience (brand advertising, media, business analytics, and/or online advertising experience).

  • Digital Ad Operations experience within the channel and reseller ecosystem desired.

  • Strong attention to details, highly organized.

  • Strong experiences in setting up digital advertising campaigns preferably within Dan Ads and Google Ad Manager.  This includes creative set up, trafficking, testing and troubleshooting.

  • Experience performing QA process from start to finish.

  • Solution oriented thinker that can be proactive with our partners. 

  • Great interpersonal skills are a must. The successful candidate will be communicating daily with multiple key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Comfortable with a rapidly changing, fast paced and demanding online advertising sales environment.

  • Able to navigate independently from management - independent thinker driving or assisting in key decisions across both deal support & larger organizational strategic solutions.
