We are looking for a Team Lead for a Business Development sales team within our

Restaurant Solutions group. This leader will oversee an acquisition sales team focused on selling our multiple solutions to new customers located in the Americas. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of either Business Development or Customer Success experience, experience within Hospitality Solutions organization is a plus. They will be able to demonstrate strong sales management – being able to drive a team to high levels of sales performance. This will include consistent call coaching, a strong desire to drive KPIs (talk time, pipeline management, CRM hygiene) within the team, the ability to create a competitive and fun culture, and excellent communication skills. This will require daily interaction with their sales team to ensure performance targets are being exceeded.

They will have strong communication and motivation skills, will be well versed in pipeline management, deal negotiation and closing techniques. They will have a desire to lead a full sales team in the future; will be open to feedback on leading, coaching, and developing others. This position currently requires working Monday through Thursday from 11:30am to 7:50pm and Fridays 11:30 am to 6:50pm. But flexibility with hours will be needed from time to time given the location of the client base.

This role requires a proactive, motivated, organized, target-driven candidate who is able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment and who is capable of bringing the team along.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach the team on customer engagement skills such as negotiation, objection-handling and closing
  • Active call monitoring and timely feedback to the team.
  • Pipeline management
  • Identifying and securing talent through the hiring process
  • Building a competitive and fun work environment
  • Exceed Revenue targets, customer satisfaction, conversion metrics, and related KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conflict Management/Change Management/Performance Management
  • Efficiently and effectively drive a high volume of outbound calls in a metrics-driven inside sales center.
  • Ensure optimal coverage of all territories at all
  • Work across other core disciplines in Inside Sales to ensure smooth touch points and handovers
  • Work to onboard new talent and improve the ramp time for full productivity
  • Track and report on Key Performance
  • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders quickly and effectively to resolve sales issues when they
  • Leverage leadership to hold team accountable and inspire them to achieve
  • Help to create a team environment that rewards achievement and makes individual want to come to work each day.
  • Conduct 1:1s
  • Ensure optimal coverage of all territories at all
  • Provide support to the team by handling customer call escalations; answering questions that the sales reps are not able to, and addressing customer service
