The ServiceNow HR Administrator will be part of the People Technology Team (HRIS) that provides functional support to the users and personas of the ServiceNow platform. They are responsible for working on ServiceNow implementation and optimization projects, troubleshooting issues, educating users, and supporting ongoing functional configuration. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of business and/or HRIS experience, and 2-3 years of ServiceNow system administration experience. 

• Supports ServiceNow project design sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Provides functional support on ServiceNow related projects through research, configuration, testing, and executing deployment tasks
• Creates and maintains system documentation and end-user training
• Leverages internal and external resources/tools to solution, resolve issues, and ensure system best practices are utilized in system architecture and design
• Performs day to day ServiceNow administration and production support, including workflow changes, and creation/updates to templates, tables, fields, catalog items, and notifications
• Creates and maintains ServiceNow landing pages, reports, and dashboards
• Leads/collaborates on functional enhancement reviews and regression testing for ServiceNow upgrades
• Supports technical team on ServiceNow integrations through functional configuration and testing
• Updates and maintains internal optimization and enhancement roadmap for ServiceNow, and drives continuous improvements to processes and services
• Exercises judgment with procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

Required Skills/Abilities:
• 2-3 years business experience, preferably in the HR services domain
• 2-3 years ServiceNow administrator experience, preferably with ServiceNow’s HRSD product
• Experience developing forms and workflows within ServiceNow
• Analytical mindset with customer service focus 
• Handle confidential materials with discretion
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills/Ability
• ServiceNow Advanced Administrator certification
• BA/BS degree
• Knowledge of or experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of or experience with Design Thinking methodology
