Tripadvisor Restaurant Solutions (TARS)
The Account Manager Team Manager develops and builds the existing TARS multinational Account Managers team. The position will be part of Tripadvisor Restaurant Solutions Optimizers’ team consisting of Account Managers. The ideal candidate will be results-driven & execution focused as well as customer-oriented and responsive.
This role requires a proactive, motivated, organized, responsible Manager who is able to build and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. It requires excellent sales and communications skills as well as good relationship building skills.
S/he will preferably have a background in leading a team of sales, account management, telemarketing or customer services.
Located in our office in Barcelona / Buenos Aires, s/he will be part of the Sales team and will be in charge of managing a team whose activities are telephone Retention, resubscription, cross and up-selling to restaurants.
S/he will report to the Senior Manager Optimizers based in Barcelona.
What you will do:
Responsible to retain existing customers and drive directly the sales of our products (Tripadvisor Restaurant Solutions) to restaurants, in coordination with Regional & Country Managers, their teams, and central teams.
- Responsible for Resubscription Sales, cross-selling and Retention Rate of Tripadvisor Restaurant Solutions product line in respective countries.
- Direct management of Tripadvisor Restaurant Account Management team.
- Responsible for the signature and Retention Rate of Tripadvisor Restaurant Solutions partner restaurants.
- Contribution to Sales strategy
- Lead an Account Managers team
- Proactively identify needed improvements in current processes, report them to the Optimizer Senior Manager and contribute to implementing the changes
- Measure and challenge the team’ productivity
- Define/design company processes
- Work in close cooperation with other sales teams ensuring flawless execution and looking for excellent results
- Keep up with product training and new offerings as well as latest value proposition
Who you are:
- Fluent in English & Spanish or English & French or English & Italian (3rd language is a plus)
- 2 years + team leader or manager experience in telesales / Account Management or customer support experience in B2B online environment and / or leisure-hospitality-restaurant industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage priorities and think creatively
- Exhibits integrity through fair and ethical behaviour towards colleagues and a demonstrated sense of corporate responsibility and commitment
