The Talent Acquisition team strives to identify, attract and engage Australia’s best talent, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to devise talent strategies to support our continued business growth for 2022 and beyond. We are excited to be expanding our team in the newly created role of Talent Sourcing Specialist and are looking for an individual who is passionate about sourcing talent in creative and innovative ways! As the Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will act as a true support to the talent acquisition team in anticipating need and developing a detailed understanding of what top talent looks like at THE ICONIC.

Your focus will be to…

  • Develop proactive talent pools that support the TA Business Partners to source for live roles 
  • Work closely with HR BP & leaders across the business to identify talent gaps and build talent pipelines 
  • Develop relationships with leaders across all areas of the business with a focus on Technology and Category Management 
  • Developing sourcing strategies – creating innovative sourcing strategies to target the very best candidates, sharing a compelling brand story at every interaction
  • Utilise data to influence decisions, improve processes and experiences and analyse market trends
  • Deliver an amazing experience for all candidates who engage with THE ICONIC, so they have an awesome experience, regardless of the outcome
  • Be a proactive team player and engage with the TA team constantly to work together to achieve and smash company hiring priorities
  • Be ahead of the game – supporting succession planning and future-proofing the business through talent pipelines, and driving continuous improvement in our recruitment processes and policies
