We are currently on the search for a Group Partnerships Manager - Brand to join our team on a 12 month Max Term Contract. 

Reporting to the Director of Creative Production & Partnerships. In this pivotal sales role, you'll lead a dynamic team of Brand Partnership Sales and Account Managers. Your primary focus will be collaborating closely with various internal departments, including marketing, technology, finance, and category management, to drive and execute impactful brand partner sales campaigns, ensuring revenue generation and hitting business targets.

Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of our partnerships as we expand, refine, and expedite our sales-driven partnership offerings into a formidable retail media network, vital for meeting our revenue goals and achieving business success.

About the Role...

  • Lead the Brand Partner team, overseeing multiple clients and executing the brand or commercial partnership strategy for optimal profitability.  
  • Development of a high performing team – foster a positive and safe culture for all team members
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them, both with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Management of pipeline 
  • Accountability for revenue targets 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Set clear revenue targets for the team and establish a robust pipeline management system to track progress.
  • Regularly review performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Manage the brand partnership budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated strategically to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor expenditures closely and identify opportunities for cost savings/and or revenue and reallocation as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve cross-functional efficiencies.
  • Act as a liaison between the Brand Partner team and other departments to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • Champion a positive internal culture by promoting teamwork, transparency, and mutual respect.
  • Serve as the primary representative for brand partnerships in key meetings, including strategy sessions, client presentations, and internal discussions.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of brand partnerships and advocate for their importance within the organisation.
  • Represent brand partnerships at key meetings
  • Exploration and driving of commercial outcomes to benefit the business
  • Deliver regular reports and analysis on the performance of brand partnerships, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Optimise platform tools such as MbGFG and LIVERAMP to enhance profitability and provide value-added solutions to clients.
  • Management of Brand partnership budget
  • Develop  and lead positive agency relationships with supportive ways of workings
  • Create a supportive and inclusive work environment where team members feel empowered to excel.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration among team members to drive a positive and safe culture.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience leading high performing sales teams.
  • Retail media, e-commerce and or tech experience
  • Management of budgets
  • Development and delivery of partnership strategies
  • 10 years + experience in an account management role client /agency side.
