You are passionate about new technologies and digital innovation. You have already worked in an Agile environment driven by Time-To-Market, you communicate efficiently, are independent and able to make impactful significant proposals. Most importantly, you are someone who loves CODING!
Within exciting projects, you will initiate development projects, carry out scoping studies, implement architectures and write architecture documents. You will assist our customers in adopting the new architecture patterns imagined by Web giants. On these occasions, you will carry out code, performance and security audits as well as architecture studies.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work as part of a cross-functional team delivering software according to Agile practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-performing code and tests.
- Train, mentor and guide other developers.
- Stay knowledgeable of emerging trends, tools, and software technologies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and client stakeholders.
STILL YOU:
- Highly experienced in cross-platform mobile app development (Flutter/React Native)
- Experienced in REST API development with contemporary languages (Java, Kotlin, GoLang, NodeJS)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Able to speak up and voice disagreement or concerns
- Understand how to work in Agile software development processes
- Understand the importance of software testing, TDD, and BDD
- Understand the importance of CI/CD pipelines and their roles in Agile software delivery
- Flexible in terms of software and technologies usage
- Be eager to learn and develop one’s skills
Years XP : From 7 to 12 years
Your technical environment
- Digital projects: web, tablet and mobile applications# Understanding of systems engineering concepts, ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, Business case studies, translating and simplifying requirements, management and communication
- Transformation projects: DevOps, architecture, private/hybrid/external cloud
- Technologies: JavaScript: Angular, React, Vue, Node, iOS, Android, Flutter, Go, Backbone; HTML5; CSS3, Clojure; Java; J2EE; Ruby; Devops/Cloud; Big Data; IoT; Artificial Intelligence; Blockchain
- Agile and Scrum methodologies
Your role as PALO IT Ambassador
You will be invited to take part in R&D works done within our Practices. You will have the chance to assist or be a speaker at must-attend international IT conferences. You will have the opportunity to write articles for our Blog or specialized press. Genuine ambassador of PALO IT, you will present our offers and take an active role in the development of the company. In addition, you will contribute to the social, environmental and purpose driven objectives and initiatives of PALO IT in order to positively impact our environment, customers, communities and ourselves as an organization and individual.
