We are interviewing and onboarding 100% virtually at this time. PagerDuty is focused on inclusion and employee well-being by building a culture that isn’t location specific and gives equal opportunity to everyone—regardless of where you are working. Unless your job requirements make it necessary to be in a company office, you may choose to work in-office, remotely, or hybrid.

PagerDuty is seeking a Lead Recruiting Business Partner to join our diverse, customer-centric technology company!

As Lead Recruiting Business Partner, you will report to the Director TA and partner with the business on position strategy and candidate requirements, develop sourcing strategies to target/assess top talent, and negotiate/close offers. You will influence the TA strategy for the country, build and drive the recruiting efforts by supporting all roles across the Engineering and Product organizations in Lisbon, and partner cross-functionally to support hiring for our G&A roles. This is an exciting opportunity for you to provide fantastic customer and candidate experiences, develop lasting relationships, and be part of an experienced, collaborative, fun Talent Acquisition team that emphasizes diversity and is passionate about PagerDuty’s success.

The ideal candidate will have strong influencing and consultative skills with the ability to handle high volume and multiple distributed hiring partners. They will possess high competencies in critical thinking and communication/interpersonal skills and be comfortable working across time zones and within all levels of an organization.

Established in late 2021, Lisbon, Portugal is PagerDuty’s second location in Europe, after London, UK, and with activity further bolstered by a sales team across the continent. Dutonians in Portugal are valued members of our global team, with equal access to competitive pay and benefits, learning and development programs, structured career architecture and opportunities for advancement, company culture events, and the enriching experience of collaborating with colleagues all around the world.

Europe is the fastest-growing region of the business, with international revenue increasing 41 percent year over year in PagerDuty’s second quarter. The Lisbon location represents an opportunity to accelerate hiring as we scale towards $1 billion annual recurring revenue (ARR). Based on the success of the region, we are excited to have expanded our presence in Europe with our Portugal location, along with now offering our customers a European hosting option for data assets, including customer-generated data.

We are thrilled to be a part of Portugal’s flourishing technology network and provide career-making moments at PagerDuty.
