The Challenge

As an Implementation Consultant, you will handle the overall responsibility for the customer relationship by working directly with our strategic customers to enhance their overall user experience with the OneTrust Data Privacy Compliance platform.  

The Implementation Consultant has a clear understanding of the privacy industry, including regulatory environment, and uses this knowledge to support all the primary responsibilities. To thrive in this role, the Implementation Consultant will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs for the purpose of being active and vocal in making decisions about the direction of the platform. 

Your Mission

  • Implement the OneTrust end to end GRC solution and support our customers in their GRC programs.
  • Support small to enterprise level clients throughout the whole implementation process, start to end, ensuring they receive exceptional service
  • Represent OT by building a good rapport with client and being their direct point of contact’
  • Having the ability to work closely with the product/technical team to build out ideas and concepts that are highlighted during implementations
  • Becoming a subject matter expert to specific modules, helping other junior colleagues, or supporting your team members who may be new to the OneTrust platform

Your Experience Includes

  • BA/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related subject 
  • 2-10 years of relevant GRC experience across software development, professional services, solution engineering, technical consulting; with expertise in architecting, supporting and/or rolling out new technology and solution initiatives 
  • Effective customer-facing communication and relationship building skills. Proven success in and genuine enthusiasm for working directly with customers
  • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services, Support and Product Management)
  • Previous end-to-end implementation experience, ideally on a SAAS platform/product
  • Experience in de-escalating tough situation to achieve a favourable outcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities 
  • An understanding of the following tech (ideally):
  • API’s
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS – a plus
  • SSO
  • Ability to build relationships across stakeholders in marketing, sales, and engineering 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly evolving SAAS environment
  • Willingness to travel (10-20%) 
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance including its practical applications around Risk Management, Audit and policy management
    • An in depth knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI, etc

Extra Awesome

  • Previous experience in GRC industry
  • GRCP qualification
  • Fluency in European languages
  • Project managing qualification (Prince2 etc.)
  • Being used to dealing with senior management (C-Level) across multiple clients
