Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt's Process Automation Developer, you will be responsible for delivering automated/integrated solutions to cross functional departments to improve efficiency. This will include documentation, analysis, design, development, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of business processes and IT skills, be fast learning and eager to improve business process with a strong business aptitude. This role will be working in partnership with our Process Automation Manager, to identify opportunities through data analytics, develop self-sustaining solutions, and monitor/fix existing solutions.

What You're Good At:

  • Analyzing and understanding business processes
  • Identifying and communicating technical software requirements
  • Designing automated process solutions utilizing our software stack (SQL, Tableau, Radzen, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Creating and maintaining solution documentation and SOPs
  • Supporting existing processes and utilizing alert reporting to streamline tasks that cannot be automated completely
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automates process
  • Providing a high level of customer service to cross functional employees
  • Extracting, Transforming, and Loading (ETL) data from external sources. The ability to learn new ways to extract data, using APIs, SSIS, Powershell, etc. into our SQL data warehouse
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Efficiency and timeliness of projects completed
    • Hours saved from employees through automation
    • Amount of support hours after a project goes live (less is more)
    • Amount of documentation and SOP development
    • High Level of Data Integrity and Maintenance

What You Contribute: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a Master’s degree in a related field
  • Comprehensive and evident understanding of Microsoft Technology (SQL, Powershell, Power Automate, API, FTP, ETL)
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
  • The ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture
  • High level of patience and understanding with cross functional teammates and direct reports
  • Self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or part of a team
  • Strong programming skills with SQL (SSMS|T-SQL) and data warehouse structures. Experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus Experience with HTML, C# is a plus
  • Working knowledge of API’s and HTTP web requests
  • Working knowledge of JSON and XML structures, for the purposes of ETL and system integrations
  • Experience with Agile Development practices
  • Proactive and always one step ahead of the game
  • Aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
