Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Director of Food Services and On Premise (FSOP), Business Development, you will have the responsibility for delivering top line sales with a focus on growth by increasing penetration of customer locations and acquiring new customer leads with an emphasis on B&I, education, healthcare, vending and QSR channels. You will report directly to the Vice President FSOP and will be a skilled sales leader pursuing profitable growth opportunities and increasing total points of distribution while building Foodservice Strategies and Plans. You possess higher-level business skills in contract management and negotiation, building & executing customer marketing plans, capable at sales data analysis and KPI performance prioritization.

This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.             

What You're Good At:

  • Meeting with both current and prospective clients, maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing long term solutions
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Commercial Marketing, Finance, Bottlers, Distributors, and others to build stronger connectivity, and impactful go to market initiatives in a highly fragmented and complex customer segment
  • Joining and participating in channel associations and industry networking events. Attending / networking at various customer events, tradeshows, and conferences
  • Developing and implementing FSOP strategies and processes in a growing channel
  • Managing top accounts and owning new accounts set up
  • Participating in the S&OP process to align on supply and demand forecasts monthly
  • Enabling faster growth through delivery of joint customer business plans and actionable agreed upon objectives through the development of a value creation approach
  • Partnering with BI to develop reports and dashboards that will provide supportive data to FSOP initiatives, performance, and growth. Identifying key business indicators to steward results and identify future opportunities

What You Contribute: 

  • 10+ years of beverage industry experience as well as experience in the food service industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • An attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence peers and cross functional partners including external customers/partners
  • Self-starter and persistent with strong analytical and financial acumen – understanding of profit and revenue drivers and analysis
  • Strong understanding of basic economics of customers, and how to measure & evaluate customer activations/programs
  • Customer management, solution based selling experience, with experience selling branded items or breakthrough activation plans/programs
  • Deep knowledge of complex distribution systems and hybrid routes to market
  • Skilled in developing innovation for FSOP channel
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes where none currently exist
  • A servant leadership mindset
  • Must be able to travel up to 40-50%
