Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt's Amazon Account Manager, you will primarily scale the Amazon business in the UK and support the modest growth of Amazon in other EU countries. We currently are live on Amazon in 7 countries. Our Amazon channel is one of the highest margin channels and a strategic growth pillar for Europe. Entering international markets via Amazon (direct) is a way to maintain control of our brand and improve our profitability.

What You're Good At:

  • Planning and evolving the EU marketplace strategy with Digital Center of Excellence out of HQ and alignment to regional omni-channel priorities
  • Working closely with leadership teams in the US and UK to forecast, plan, report to scale the digital business across the EU
  • Daily, hands-on managing and optimizing of Amazon store, working closely with Amazon and our internal team on product data feeds and product listing optimization.
  • Monitoring Amazon account health and metrics, resolve invoicing issues, create and manage case ID log on Amazon
  • Managing the product listings ensuring they are active, accurate and have compelling content to increase rankings and improve customer engagement
  • Improving the performance of the brand by managing reviews, optimizing content, maintaining Buy Box and pricing
  • Driving creation, execution, reporting and roadmap for all Amazon promotions
  • Preparing shipment plans keeping marketplaces in stock; Example FBA
  • Working closely with paid advertising team to maximize ROI of our promotions and align with our promotional calendar
  • Collecting trends and watch for best sellers, performance indicators and growth opportunities in our categories
  • Preparing monthly sales reports, analyze marketplace trends, retail sales, account trends and competitive activity across the account portfolio.
  • Working with other team members within the organization on merchandising, pricing, product content, FBA inventory management, market research, and demand generation.
  • Keeping up to date with best practices for Amazon Vendor & Seller
  • Ensuring that pricing, promotional strategies and tactics are omni-channel and aligned with European leadership / market controllers
  • Creating, implement and share key content best practices for use across customers in the region
  • Working with European GM & marketing teams on brand priorities and brand moments to maximize Amazon spend for awareness & ROI
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Ordered Revenue and EBITDA
    • Marketing effectiveness – ROAS, ACOS, % of Revenue Attributed to AMS
    • Accuracy of content and % of listings Active on all Amazon marketplaces
    • On time product launch & sales growth

What You Contribute: 

  • 5 + years of e-Commerce experience
  • 5+ years Amazon Vendor / Seller Central Experience
  • Knowledge of sales reporting and data analysis
  • Experience optimizing products to rank on Amazon
  • D2C site management a plus
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Proactive personality and careful attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Service driven and enjoys meeting others’ needs daily
  • Bilingual, trilingual, or multilingual is a plus
  • Self-starter and can effectively manage time with little to no supervision
  • Remains calm and can calm others in a frustrating or stressful environment
  • Has a passion for the fitness industry and believes in what we do
  • Ability to build strong internal/external relationships
  • Ability to manage a number of partner accounts simultaneously
