As a Controllership Sr Analyst, you're expected to:

  • Analyze new products and features, data and financial structure, according to accounting and regulatory frameworks
  • Build automations for routine procedures, supporting accounting closing and tempestive analysis
  • Respond to audit requests
  • Support financial statements procedures
  • Work with cross chapters teams (Legal, Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, Finance) to develop and create accounting rulebooks for new products and features 

 
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Experience using International Accounting Standards (IFRS)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job position
  • Experience and/or willingness to deeply understand credit products at Nubank: credit card, loan.  
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong analytical skills required to manage and evaluate complex data
