Our Product Marketing Team

Nubank has experienced tremendous growth since its launch in 2014 and in order to sustain this success, we are searching for passionate individuals who are looking to apply their strategic marketing skills to help us solve major company challenges and improve customer experience.

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at Nubank will be responsible for three main product stages: positioning, launch and lifecycle management.

  • At the product (or feature) positioning stage the PMM is accountable for understanding our consumer segments and their needs, mapping competition offerings and positionings, as well as defining the product's target segment and positioning.
  • At the launch stage the PMM is accountable for the product (or feature) go-to-market strategy. Defining how we will communicate the launch, involving all resources and teams necessary to produce the campaign and reporting results and learnings.
  • At the product lifecycle management stage the PMM is ultimately responsible for leading marketing initiatives that will increase product (or feature) use and consumer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Engineering or related fields
  • Experience in marketing or branding related activities
  • Experience with managing senior teams
  • Experience with product lifecycle management
  • Fluent in English
