Role description

With Nubank's hypergrowth there is an urgent need within Talent Acquisition to refine, adapt, and iterate on our current Recruiting processes, tools, and platforms with the objective of providing a higher level of prediction, user experience, efficiency, and scalability. With that in mind, the Recruiting Operations team is responsible for exploring and implementing potential solutions to scale our current structure while addressing specific needs and bottlenecks both of the business and the Talent Acquisition team. You'll be part of a brand new team that aims to be the most influential in Latam with lots of opportunities for growth. 

As part of our Recruiting Operations team, you will have the opportunity of:

  • Be an active member on the development of the Recruiting Operations function with focus on Talent Acquisition; 
  • Establish a strong connection with Recruiters, Sourcers, Employer Branding, and the Talent Acquisition leadership to identify and suggest the best solutions for our current necessity of increase efficiency, predictability, and scalability; 
  • Develop tactical plans to our goals of process efficiency, refinement, and adaptation in our current systems and tools; 
  • Develop and maintain monitoring systems that will enable us to have a clear overview of what are our current bottlenecks and how would that affect the Talent Acquisition user journey; 
  • Be an ATS (Greenhouse) champion via constant search for improvements that can enable the tool to function as a source of truth for our reporting needs; 
  • Manage Jira tickets for access management (Greenhouse, Calendly, TalentWall, Gem); 
  • Be part of cross-functional projects where our recommendations will be part of the decision making process of roadmaps and prioritization. 


We're looking for someone who:

  • Previous experience on the maintenance of Recruiting tools or monitoring platforms for metrics visibility; 
  • Capacity to map processes flows and definition of which ones and how should be address in order to remove blockers for Talent Acquisition;
  • Experience on collecting, interpreting, and making decisions around the data collected
  • Making sense of data collected via different sources and understanding from a system perspective how they affect our current processes;
  • Being comfortable to have exposure to different teams, meetings, and documents in english;
  • Good storytelling and communication skills;
  • Basic Project Management skills; 
  • Curiosity and most importantly, the energy, drive, and eagerness to build an area from scratch
