We are currently looking for Business Developers to join our São Paulo Office who can help us solve our ambitious challenges.
The Job Scope
Today Mastercard is Nubank's most important partner. For this reason, Nubank and Mastercard have several joint work fronts involving negotiations, implementation of new projects, monitoring of partnership and existing contracts. The ideal candidate for this job should be able to keep up with these work fronts by evaluating proposals, participating in negotiations, setting up negotiation strategies, managing projects and allocating projects correctly to internal teams. It should also address Mastercard initiatives internally, following up internally and externally, and maintaining project progress. Finally, it must monitor and maintain monthly control of incentive contracts, ensuring the transfer of incentives negotiated between Nubank and Mastercard.
This person will:
> Set up negotiation strategies for credit card contracts;
> Evaluate business opportunities e new projects development;
> Be a liason between Nubank internal teams and Mastercard, supporting and intermediating discussions;
> Manage and maintain financial control of Mastercard incentive contracts;
> Bachelor's Degree (concluded);
> Previous experience in credit card industry;
> Excellent communication skills and great business judgment to make strategic decisions;
> Mature negotiation skills;
> Organised and able to define priorities to meet deadlines;
> Advanced Excel modeling;
> Ability to tackle complex problems involving several topics/variables, such as business, regulatory, finance and product;
> Fluent English.
