Interim Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a hands-on Interim Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing operations during maternity leave of our current coordinator. You’ll be focusing on digital campaign execution, event management, and marketing automation. If you are a detail-oriented marketer with a strong background in event coordination, HubSpot automation, and digital content distribution, this could be a great temporary assignment for you.

What you will be doing:

Running digital campaigns, especially ABM, and making sure our content gets out on the right channels towards the right audience.
Coordinating both in-house and external events, tracking ROI, and making sure they align with our goals.
Helping with sponsor and partnership activities, working closely with the sales team.
Optimising our HubSpot marketing automation, focusing on SQL generation and content strategies.
Teaming up with the content marketer on content & design projects and website updates.
Supporting talent and employer branding efforts.

Who you are:

Experience in digital marketing, event management, and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
A proactive, results-oriented approach with attention to detail.
You are available from early January to mid-May 2025, at least 4 days a week.
You can work from our Ghent, Leuven or Antwerp office on a regular basis.
