As our Talent Recruiter, you can scout and identify exceptional talent. We’re surrounded by top talent, and we need you to spot those rough diamonds. You’ll be part of our Talent department and a guardian of our recruiting culture. Inspire us with your vision for recruiting, and share how you plan to attract top talent to bring In The Pocket to the next level.

What will you do?

  • Implement the overall recruiting strategy
    • Constantly seek ways to make our recruitment process more efficient and effective.
    • Partner with the HR BP and hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent.
    • Analyze recruiting data to measure and refine our recruitment strategy’s impact.
  • Source and attract candidates
    • Identify exceptional talent and understand where to find them.
    • Take proactive steps to source, network, and build relationships, creating strong talent pools for In The Pocket.
    • Organize, coordinate, and participate in career events.
    • Keep job listings updated and our candidate database meticulously maintained.
  • Own the candidate journey
    • Showcase life at In The Pocket and ensure an engaging candidate experience.
    • Lead candidates through the recruitment process, from start to finish (offer).
    • Design and manage the candidate journey, ensuring a memorable experience.
    • Act as a gatekeeper of our culture, upholding our values throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support our employer branding
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement the hiring plan and drive new initiatives.
    • Develop innovative campaigns to attract top talent.

Who are you?

  • Proven track record in recruiting, with a preference for product & engineering experience.
  • Thrives in an international HR environment, embracing the challenge of engaging talent from diverse backgrounds and locations.
  • Innovative, creative, and constantly seeking effective ways to find top talent.
  • Embodies company culture and conveys our values to the outside world.
  • Strong organizational skills, with exceptional follow-through on tasks.
  • Eager to learn and improve recruitment processes continually.
  • Strategic vision for recruitment at In The Pocket, with a drive to shape our processes.
  • Outstanding communication skills and sound professional judgment.
  • Able to navigate complexity and deliver results, even in dynamic situations.
  • Although we’re a remote-friendly organization, frequent presence at one of our offices is essential. You should be available to work in Bucharest, Lisbon, Amsterdam, or our Belgian studios.
