The Paid Social Marketing Specialist will focus on expanding customer acquisition strategies in paid social channels, including Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, and other paid social channels as assigned.
Expand global paid social performance marketing strategies while owning execution, optimization and post-campaign analysis
Plan and execute large-scale campaigns on paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) working within the native tools on each platform to execute and optimize
Implement paid advertising campaigns geared towards the iHerb website and mobile app while working with AppsFlyer, our mobile-marketing-platform (MMP), to initiate and track app campaigns
Optimize paid social campaigns to meet and/or exceed iHerb’s goals through channel-specific levers, including but not limited to: copy changes, bid adjustments, & product feed optimization
Collaborate with the content and design team to develop creative assets necessary to achieve goals and distribute them to the appropriate stakeholder/vendors while implementing them across in-house run media
Work cross-functionally to develop creative testing strategies across various countries to garner learnings to improve performance
Collaborate with and nurture iHerb’s relationships with core marketing vendors, agencies, & external teams
Ensure assigned KPIs are meeting goal targets, with an eye toward continuously driving customer acquisition at scale
Re-engage and nurture previous customers by optimizing and automating a retention strategy

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative paid social & display campaigns
Extensive knowledge of the paid social and display landscape, including optimization techniques, strategies, bidding models, and ad units across a variety of paid social and display platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.)
Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Twitter, & Google Adwords and other major social buying platforms
Deep understanding of traditional advertising metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM) & customer analytics attribution (CPA, ROAS, LTV, churn)
Data-driven, analytical and have deep experience driving growth for direct-to-consumer enterprise ecommerce companies
Experience driving campaigns from concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis
Experience in an ecommerce B2C environment
Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Display Network, programmatic display advertising and video advertising on YouTube
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
Generally requires a minimum of three (3) years experience in paid social, display and video marketing.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
