iHerb’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a specialist to support the development and execution of the organization’s globally-facing recruitment operations programs. In this role, you will partner with teams across all verticals, identifying new opportunities to improve both the candidate and employee experience. This is a unique hybrid talent/marketing/technical position, where you will have the opportunity to touch all facets of the recruiting function, build the foundation for career in Talent Acquisition.
Administer iHerb’s brand reputation management program, communicating with people both inside iHerb and in the public to promote iHerb’s employer brand
Administer iHerb’s internal application and employee referral programs, assisting recruiters’ efforts by promoting and generating employee interest in both programs
Support the discovery and implementation of Talent Acquisition expansion programs, including new vendor research, vendor communication, internal client collaboration, project board updates/reporting etc.
Support the HR Project Manager to administer the Greenhouse applicant tracking system - password resets, account set up messaging, documentation
Partner with teams from each recruitment vertical, assisting with reporting, training, etc.
Develop/Maintain reporting on recruitment marketing activities and operational status

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be able to handle multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Experience with Asana or other project management tools
Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems
Generally requires a minimum of 2 year of Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition-related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
