Drive the volume and quality of interviewing Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up! 

Fresh Prints is a custom apparel start-up based in New York City. We find incredible undergraduate students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build businesses at their schools. We call them Campus Managers, and we have 600+ of them across 200+ schools nationwide. 

As an Interviewing Team Specialist, you will manage a team of 15+ part-time Campus Interviewers. These interviewers conduct video calls with Campus Manager candidates and decide whether to extend an offer to them. All of our Campus Interviewers are existing Fresh Prints Campus Managers (undergrad students at American schools). 

We’re looking for someone willing to take ownership, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is proactive. The ideal candidate should have excellent people-management skills and a high standard of quality. 

One of our most consequential and high-value growth avenues is hiring more student entrepreneurs who sell apparel. The interview experience that your team provides these students with is crucial for the company’s success. 

You’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone with recruiting/interviewing experience and some management management. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, further develop professionally, and have a big impact. You will report directly to the Associate Director of Campus Manager Operations. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage a team of 15+ part-time Campus Interviewers. Meet once weekly with them to deliver feedback, QA their interview calls, and review their performance metrics to help them grow as interviewers and talent evaluators. 
  • Recruit + onboard more Campus Interviewers on a rolling basis to ensure our team capacity meets business needs. 
  • Manage and update team metrics and dashboards daily—report on progress weekly.
  • Collaborate closely with the AD of CM Ops and the Recruiting and Training Team Managers to provide Campus Manager recruits, interviewees, and trainees with a cohesive and outstanding experience. 
  • Use existing processes, scripts, and workflows + further develop them to maximize your team’s performance, effectiveness, and success. 

Requirements

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent
  • Fluency in English is a must 
  • Great interpersonal and people skills 
  • LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred 
  • 3+ years of recruiting/interviewing experience 
  • 1+ years of people management experience 
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous with work 
  • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Job Location 

  • This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India. 

Working Hours 

  • Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST
