The Role: We are seeking a motivated and resourceful BDR to join Olympix. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence within the Web3 ecosystem, connecting with key players, and driving adoption of our security solutions. You will lead our outreach efforts, using creativity and strategic thinking to generate leads and secure qualified meetings. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at building relationships, personalizing communication, and consistently exceeding targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by identifying and engaging with potential clients within the Web3 ecosystem through platforms like LinkedIn, Telegram, and others.
  • Drive outbound outreach efforts, using personalized and creative approaches to initiate meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Meet monthly target qualified meetings
  • Assist in crafting and executing targeted email campaigns
  • Manage all interactions in HubSpot
  • Take ownership of outreach initiatives, consistently exploring innovative methods to generate leads and secure meetings.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years experience in sales or business development, ideally within the tech or Web3 sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for personalizing outreach efforts.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and think creatively to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage leads and track outreach activities.
