As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist | Budget your responsabilities will be:

Develop, monitor, and revise the company’s annual budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources;
Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure the integration of compensation strategies with overall financial planning and reporting;
Ensure accurate and aligned budget by analyzing scenarios and forecasts, according to changes in organizational structure, headcount, and financial variations;
Implementation and management of the personnel budget system;
Prepare detailed financial reports to support management in strategic decision-making;
Strategically analyze and implement the company's benefits, using data to support decisions for a package that makes sense for EBANX and ebankers;
Act as the main point of contact for addressing benefit-related queries, and providing guidance to employees and managers;
Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment between budget and benefit management;
Monitor market trends and continuously propose improvements to benefit packages;
Ensure compliance with legal standards and applicable regulations.

Main requirements for this position:

Advanced English;
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations;
Organization to deal with high volume of data and demands;
Advanced knowledge of financial analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, etc).
