We are seeking a Business Development Manager to Lead EBANX’s global expansion by acquiring new business and forming strategic partnerships in key regions: LATAM, US, and Europe. Your role will focus on engaging with mid market merchants driving growth through centralized management and scalable solutions. As the front-runner of our growth, you will onboard new customers, strengthen relationships, and enhance our presence with our digital clients. This mission involves accelerating synchronized sales processes in collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams.
You will be responsible for:
Identify & Develop Opportunities: Find new direct business opportunities, nurture partnerships, and close deals to fuel EBANX’s growth.
Manage Sales Cycle: Drive the entire sales process from initial engagement to deal closure, responding to complex RFIs and RFPs.
Build Strong Relationships: Establish lasting partnerships with industry experts and partners to support long-term growth.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams (risk, product, marketing) to drive initiatives and execute deals.
Market Development: Focus on digital goods, e-commerce, and marketplace segments to expand EBANX’s market presence.
Pipeline Management: Track sales progress in Salesforce and maintain a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
Strategic Adaptation: Be proactive in revising strategies based on market insights and growth opportunities.
What is indispensable for the job?
E-Commerce & Payments Insight: Knowledge of global e-commerce challenges, with an emphasis on payments and digital commerce solutions.
Proven Sales Experience: Successful track record in sales, preferably selling for US customers.
Complex B2B Sales: Experience selling technology or payment solutions to C-Level executives in enterprise software (SaaS), ERP, or payment sectors.
Sales Process Mastery: Skilled in managing complex sales processes with multiple decision-makers.
CRM Proficiency: Competent in pipeline management and sales forecasting using Salesforce.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with a can-do attitude who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Global E-Commerce Knowledge: Familiar with global e-commerce challenges and merchant success factors across regions.
Outstanding Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building influence and overcoming obstacles creatively.
Language: Fluent in English (mandatory). Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish are strong advantages
Travel: Willingness to travel across the designated region to meet clients and partners.
