We are looking for a Fraud Prevention Analyst to join our team, with a focus on payment operations made via PIX. This professional will be responsible for analyzing and preventing fraud, ensuring the integrity and security of transactions conducted by our clients, with particular attention to processes related to the instant payment system.
We are a fast pace growing payments processing company with global presence and we’re on the search for a Fraud Prevention Analyst SR to join our Fraud Prevention Team.

You will also be responsible for:

Monitor and analyze transactions made via PIX, identifying patterns and suspicious behaviors that may indicate fraudulent attempts.
Implement and optimize fraud prevention tools and processes in the context of PIX.
Investigate suspicious transactions, performing detailed analyses to identify fraudulent activities or non-compliance.
Work closely with other departments such as IT, compliance, and customer service to resolve incidents and mitigate risks related to fraud.
Assist in the continuous improvement of fraud prevention processes, proposing and implementing new solutions to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with the Business Analyst to create reports and dashboards with fraud indicators and present strategic insights to management.
Keep track of regulatory changes related to PIX and suggest adjustments to processes as needed.
Participate in training and updates on fraud in the digital payment environment, especially in the context of instant transactions.

Main requirements for this position:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.
Previous experience in fraud prevention, preferably in the financial sector or payment institutions.
Solid knowledge of how PIX works and related regulations.
Familiarity with fraud monitoring and analysis tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick and assertive decisions.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work in a team.
Desired experience with financial transaction monitoring systems (Anti-Fraud); SQL; analyzing transactional databases (identifying suspicious behaviors).
Proficiency in English.
