We are searching for a Senior Sales Development Representative with the ability to learn fast and identify key international merchants. The primary responsibility is to uncover new selling opportunities through tele-prospecting, email outreach, social selling, etc. It is important to have experience with large/enterprise customer portfolios providing solutions and identifying relevant pain points. Ideal candidate should be flexible, have an entrepreneurial spirit, self motivated, autonomous and able to learn fast.

Besides expanding our merchant partnerships, your responsibilities will be:

  • Identify and qualify leads within the Global Market through various channels including HubSpot, Salesforce, Linkedin, etc., as well as, cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling;
  • Conduct introductory calls to understand and assess merchant needs to provide recommendations that align with their business requirements;
  • Maintain accurate and real time records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools;
  • Be informed of our competitive landscape, products/services, and industry trends;
  • Demonstrable experience in inside sales, prospecting in both B2B and B2C markets;
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand and conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism.

What is essential for the job?

  • 3+ years in sales or sales/business development;
  • Understanding of merchant payments environment is a plus;
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Comfortable in a fast paced setting;
  • Tenacious and resilient with a positive, solution-oriented attitude;
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills;
  • Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and time management discipline;
  • Fluent English.
