We are looking for a talented Product Manager, focused on our chargeback process, and who also will be working on managing our Products in different regions and countries.

Are you passionate about technology and helping users and merchants thrive? Do you have a knack for understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product strategies? If so, this role is the perfect fit for you!

In this position, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our innovative products. You'll bridge the gap between users, merchants, engineering, operations and design teams, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed their expectations.

Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

  • Become a product expert: Gain a deep understanding of our product line and its core solutions, its features, and functionalities for all stakeholders;
  • The voice of the user/merchant: Conduct user research, analyze user/merchant feedback, and identify pain points;
  • Product champion: Advocate for the user/merchant and translate their needs into product requirements and roadmaps;
  • Competitive edge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape to inform product strategy for both users and merchants;
  • Content creation: Develop compelling product content (e.g., user guides, demos) for various audiences (users and merchants);
  • Collaboration is key: Work closely with other teams across the organization (Engineering, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Design, Marketing, etc.) to guarantee excellent and efficient deliveries that bring our products to life;
  • Launch and beyond: Participate in product launches and ensure smooth post-launch transitions for users and merchants;
  • Metrics matter: Track and analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, considering the needs of both users and merchants.

What’s mandatory:

  • Experienced as a Product Manager in which you have shipped products successfully – from ideation to launch will be considered a differential;
  • Understand our business and the market that we are into;
  • Experience with Product management and the whole Product Development Cycle ;
  • High levels of empathy with our product users and ability to understand their product needs;
  • Analytics, problem-solving, prioritization, good time management and user experience skills;
  • A strong sense of urgency and ownership;
  • Great sense of business needs;
  • Ability to function independently and in a team environment;
  • Great communication skills in Portuguese and English;
  • Passionate about being part of something special, and for building and delivering great products that deliver value to our customers and make a difference;
  • A quick learner, passionate about your work and driven to get things done.

  • Experience in interative product development;

  • Project Management experience;
  • Technical background is a plus;
  • Knowledge of payments ecosystem.
