This Fire Protection Engineer role involves little to no travel, enabling you to maintain stability and focus on you core responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Review architectural / engineering designs and fire protection system shop drawings for over 50 buildings.
- Conduct construction inspections and issue final occupancy permits.
- Witness acceptance tests for fire alarm and sprinkler system modifications.
- Evaluate existing building conditions through life safety and hazard analysis surveys.
- Provide technical guidance using various NFPA codes.
Qualifications
Basic Compensation: $98,065.41 -$111,437.97 yearly salary
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
