- Work with ambitious clients to design new services that create a positive impact for business, people and planet
- Scope, plan and lead service design efforts with a global team of designers
- Conduct qualitative research to identify insights and opportunity spaces and turn them into innovative and differentiating service concepts
- Create future customer journeys across channels and touchpoints for some of the world’s leading international brands
- Make new service experiences tangible through scenarios, artefacts, prototypes and pilots, to be communicated with the client and tested with users
- Work closely together with clients and other actors, facilitating workshops and co-creation session
- Collaborate with designers from other disciplines to bring new services to life
We would like you to be...
- A skilled professional with 5+ years of experience working with service design
- Great at synthesising primary research, analysing outputs from user insights, and developing actionable insights
- A great communicator and workshop facilitator and a solid client partner, able to listen, learn, advise and build strong relationships with our clients
- Have visual skills to communicate information in a way that creates common understanding and engagement
- Be proficient in other service design techniques like journey mapping, service prototyping, testing, service specification, blueprinting etc.
- A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive–and the guts – to bring them to life
- Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
- A graduate in design, research, business, or other relevant educational backgrounds
- Fluent in Swedish and English – other languages are a bonus!
