Would you like to...
- Play a key role in projects by being responsible not only for designing outcomes but also for participating in client conversations
- Lead client projects from start to finish—you're able to turn complex business problems into brilliantly simple graphic design solutions
- Mentor, support, and inspire other designers, some of whom will report to you
- Share your knowledge on graphic design methods, tools, and trends with your colleagues in the Bengaluru studio and around the world, and help others grow
- Develop our graphic design capabilities, pushing the boundaries of the discipline and defining our standards of quality
- Collaborate with other Designit studios, clients, business, and technology experts to deliver high-quality products and services
We would like you to have...
- A skilled graphic designer with at least 3 years of proven professional experience within a design agency, repro or print environment
- A basic understanding of print processes such as flexo, litho, digital and gravure will be a bonus
- Can provide input on incoming project material (i.e. existing digital artwork files, proofs, cutters, mock-ups, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong facilitator and presenter
- A curious, energetic, and enthusiastic team player with ambitions to deliver ground-breaking work for your clients
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree from renowned Design institution ,National or International
- A sharp executor with an eye for detail and an interest in meticulously crafting graphic design applications.
- Resilient with a calm and relaxed personality
- A problem solver with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive - and the guts – to bring them to life
- Experienced in leading design work at a project level, including timelines, deliverables, milestones
- Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
- Experience with Adobe CS, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
