We’re looking for a Business Outcomes Analyst to support the Global Customer advocacy Program (GCAP) within the Microsoft Cloud Marketing organization to drive impact with one of our leading client teams.
This world-class, highly visible team supports several Microsoft teams including sales, marketing, analyst relations, and events. This team is on a mission to grow the number of advocates who are excited to share their experience leveraging Microsoft’s leading solutions (Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Modern Work, Microsoft 365, Power Platform among others) to accelerate innovation and drive business results.
In this role, the Business Outcomes Analyst will be partnering closely with multiple teams (Customer Solution Area Leads, Project Managers, and Clients) to keep consistent, up-to-date process and documentation of the group. You will help drive stability and improvements around the structure of the program. Your work internally will help solidify the long-term operational vision within Microsoft’s GCAP space. This individual is responsible for:
- Interpreting data to help inform strategy and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to organize content of all internal processes and maintain current workflow documentation.
- Ability to extract data from dashboards.
- Create pivot tables from the data.
- Support any ad-hoc project work related to optimizing the GCAP business rhythm motions.
- Consolidate inventory of ALL SOP content into one centralized repository using standard version control methods:
- Including but not limited to:
- Playbooks
- Process or procedure documentation
- Current repository clean-up and organization - SharePoint, OneNote, Content mapping (site mapping), Azure DevOps project boards, etc.
- Interview subject matter experts or owners to understand concepts for documentation to drive clarity and work towards improvement.
- Identify and evaluate best in class tool for internal operations at GCAP

What you bring:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in the B2B space, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams from multiple agencies to achieve the same goal.
- Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to influence multiple levels of the organization.
- Results-focused with a deep sense of accountability and experience driving large projects from start to finish.
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, while maintaining great attention to detail.
- Passion for customer experience, nurturing customer relationships at scale and 1:1
- Strategic mindset including interpreting data to inform strategy and execution.
- Natural leader with the ability to educate and influence with high levels of ambiguity and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with a variety of global partners.
- Experience managing processes and systems to achieve shared goals across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
- Microsoft experience a plus.

Compensation Range: $60,000-$65,000
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
