The Administrative Associate in Christ Fellowship’s Production Team coordinates activities to ensure excellence in all aspects of Production across all church campuses. This role works in coordination with other staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders to harmonize the scheduling, planning, and preparation of the weekend experience and other ministry events. This is a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position requiring a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends, and reports to the Production Operations Coordinator.


  • Management of the department calendar, as well as assistance with the calendar coordination for the Production Operations Coordinator and the Core Production directors.  
  • Coordination of Production support for events, to include scheduling, content management, and communication with other ministry departments. 
  • Maintain reporting and approve Production support needs for ministries through our room management system. 
  • Develop a volunteer team to support weekend hospitality at the Gardens Campus. 
  • Maintain reporting for onboarding of all Production Dream Team members (volunteers) through our relationship management database, and assist campus Production Managers with follow ups by scheduling interviews and providing any necessary resources. 
  • Support the Production Operations Coordinator in compiling, organizing and drafting department SOPs and role guides / manuals. 
  • General office duties such as ordering supplies, stocking the breakroom, and reconciling expense reports. 
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the Production department cloud storage drive. 
  • Assist with Core projects and events. 


  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college educated, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.


  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a professional environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Suite, and Mac applications. 
  • Experience with project/ task management software, such as Asana and Basecamp, is a plus.  
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, communication and collaboration, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication to provide exceptional care and concern while prioritizing and adjusting to multiple moving parts in a fast paced-setting.
  • Strong sense of time management, along with the ability to work independently and as part of an effective and fun team.
