JOB SUMMARY:
The CFSEU Marketing Coordinator Is responsible for growing the number of new students at Christ Fellowship Southeastern University by creating ways to engage new and existing students, executing marketing campaigns, and developing relationships with highschools and churches to develop brand awareness in and beyond our region. These efforts should generate new student interest, craft memorable events for prospective students, and execute the marketing strategy of CFSEU.
JOB DUTIES:
- Discover and assist prospective students in the application process.
- Continually cultivate relationships with prospective students, their families, and community partners by encouraging and responding to their interest with CFSEU.
- Collaborate with the Christ Fellowship and Southeastern University Marketing & Communications teams to come up with new, strategic ways to improve campaign results.
- Work with the Creative Services team to request and oversee the timelines of creative ad assets needed to run and accomplish our various campaign goals.
- Analyze results from campaigns and provide insight into ways in which we can improve our marketing efforts.
- Run and optimize campaigns across various digital and traditional channels. Including Facebook & Instagram ads, YouTube ads, Google Display ads, Google Search ads, etc.
- Create reports of our campaign results that can be shared with leadership in an easy to understand way.
- Utilize ROCK to document prospective students and their interest in the university.
- Multiply volunteer teams by building relationships with and supporting their team leaders for marketing campaigns and CFSEU prospective student events.
EDUCATION:
Undergraduate Degree
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
Experience in college recruitment, sales, marketing, or a related field
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Skilled in using sales techniques to engage with new and existing students at campus events.
Experience in using social media to promote recruitment, engagement, and reach more students.
