About the role:

You'll take a strategic approach to training, analyzing data, and identifying training and development needs. You will join hands with the rest of the team to design and deliver the training or coordinate with a third-party trainer to do it.

You are responsible for planning and organizing training via a range of methods such as online, face-to-face or blended learning. You support the Learning & Development team in the effective delivery of the overall L&D strategy and achievement of training objectives set by the organization. 

Besides, in terms of People Operations, you will be the main person in charge of managing the operation and smooth maintenance of all employee data and information by People related automation tools. You also assist the People Operations team in implementing company policies and organizing engagement activities for better connection among employees.

What will you be doing? 

For Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Identify training and development needs through survey data analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with people managers and departments
  • Design, and manage training (parts of training), different learning methods and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and its employees
  • Create and/or deliver a range of training programs, produce training materials and execute training production
  • Evaluate training and development programmes, and prepare quarterly reports in areas such as usage, engagement and performanc
  • Keep up to date with developments in training by conducting regular research, attending external seminars/conference and relevant courses
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research every 2 quarters

For People Operations:

  • Manage the operation and maintenance of employee database by automation tools
  • Take part in the Employee engagement & benefit activities to own event operations (e.g. team bonding events, company trips, health checkup arrangement, and other extra activities), which helps bring all of us together to bond
  • Assist with the development and execution of the People Engagement strategies and policy operation plans
  • Other tasks as assigned
